Thanks to Reverend David McDonough for a lovely service and to Kat and everyone at Co-operative Funeral Services for their help and guidance. Thanks also to Doctor Lumley and all the nursing staff in the Haematology Department at Good Hope Hospital for looking after Sandra so well during the past 5 years. Special thanks to Doctor Ele Barkell, Margaret and the district nursing team, and Heather at St Giles Hospice for the kindness, care and support shown to Sandra and family during the final few weeks of Sandra's life.
